SHIPPING & DELIVERY Suburban Tool, Inc. strives to ship all in stock items within 1 business day by the means you select. If an item you've ordered is out of stock, Suburban Tool, Inc. will contact you, as soon as possible, with delivery information and options. RETURNS & REFUNDS Products sold on our web site may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in new or like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Failure to include accessories and / or parts may result in additional charges. Returns may incur a 20% restocking charge. All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense. Repair fees are applicable, if a customer chooses to return a damaged product. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must accompany all returns. Please call Suburban Tool, Inc. toll free at 888-647-8665 to obtain an RGA, prior to returning any merchandise. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS Shipments that are refused or that are returned due to an invalid address are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable non-deliverable shipping and handling fees. By placing and order at subtool.com, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale and has authorized Suburban Tool, Inc. to collect payment by the means chosen by the customer.
